In addition to its commercial operations, it also leads Mercedes-Benz Tech Türkiye, an IT and digital services hub that supports the global digital transformation of the brand. Furthermore, it hosts the MP Shared Service Center team, responsible for managing productive material purchase contracts, overseeing tool tracking from production to scrapping, and engineering changes for MB AG.
The Challenge
Every year, Mercedes-Benz Automotive launches Drive-Up, a high-volume internship and early-career talent program that receives tens of thousands of applications. In 2025, the team expected a record number of applicants—over 30,000—and needed to coordinate complex processes including screening, language assessments (English and German), academic background checks, and department-specific interviews.
Their existing tool often slowed down after just a few thousand applications. Important workflows—like filtering by graduation date, school location, or language fluency—required manual intervention or slow Excel exports every few days.
The HR team also needed to support over 20 different internal stakeholders with real-time visibility and minimal training, all while ensuring a seamless and fast candidate experience.
The Solution
