The Challenge
Although Pernod Ricard has long engaged with youth-focused employer branding activities through Anbean, Cheers 2 Careers was the first time the team chose to structure a full application and communication flow via a platform.
Their needs were clear:

Anbean led the project end-to-end, coordinating with the Pernod Ricard team to set up application forms, organize candidate communications, and manage timelines. The Anbean-Hirex integration ensured that all applications were collected via Hirex, while event promotion and engagement remained within Anbean’s youth-focused channels.
While there were a few moments of friction such as uncertainty about bulk mail delivery and platform navigation, these highlighted the need for stronger onboarding and shared support. This insight led to the creation of a dedicated ecosystem support structure between Anbean, Coderspace, and Hirex, ensuring faster answers and smoother collaboration in future projects.

Cheers 2 Careers ran smoothly and successfully with clear visibility across candidates, strong communication support, and post-program contents that captured the experience authentically.
