We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. You will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing accounts, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
  • Prepare reports on account status and collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities
  • Handle challenging client requests and escalate issues when needed

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Solid experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions that match customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA or BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
