Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to build productive professional relationships quickly
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience selling in our industry or to our buyer persona
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or Challenger
