About the Graphic Designer role

A Graphic Designer creates the visual language of a brand: marketing assets, social graphics, presentations, web visuals, packaging, and print. They translate ideas and briefs into designs that communicate clearly and look unmistakably like the brand.

The craft spans concept and production. A strong designer develops ideas from a rough brief, iterates through feedback without losing the thread, and delivers clean, production-ready files in the right formats. In small teams, the role touches everything visual; in larger teams, it may specialize in marketing design, brand, or digital.

Portfolios decide these hires. In your posting, describe the kinds of projects the designer will own and the tools you use; in review, look for range, consistency of quality, and evidence of thinking, not just polish.
