Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements before jumping into execution

- Create visuals for web pages, blog posts, and product marketing
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using design software
- Use appropriate colors, typography, and layouts for each concept
- Work with marketing, content, and product teams from concept to delivery

- Prepare and deliver production-ready files in correct formats for digital and print
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and asset libraries
Requirements and skills
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work
- Expert command of design software such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and detail
- Ability to work methodically, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats
- Ability to receive and incorporate feedback gracefully
- Understanding of brand consistency across channels
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent portfolio-proven experience
Nice to have
- Motion design or video editing skills such as After Effects
- Illustration skills and a personal visual style
- Experience working within or building a design system
