About the Barista role

A Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages while creating the welcoming atmosphere customers come back for. The role combines craft and service: dialing in espresso, steaming milk properly, keeping the bar clean and stocked, and remembering the regulars' orders.

Great baristas work fast without sacrificing quality, stay friendly during the morning rush, and take pride in consistency. Depending on your venue, the role may also include taking payments, preparing simple food items, and helping open or close the shop.

In your posting, mention your equipment, whether you offer training, and what makes your shop a good place to work. Experienced baristas choose employers who care about coffee quality and staff development, so those details attract stronger applicants.
