Job brief

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, your goal is to help our company hire the right people, at the right time, with a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans
  • Design and update job descriptions and post them to relevant channels
  • Source and attract candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and applications, and conduct structured phone screens
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews using reliable selection methods and tools
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process
  • Manage offers, negotiate within guidelines, and support smooth onboarding handoffs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the applicant tracking system
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate
  • Promote the company's employer brand at events and online

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews, structured and competency-based
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and direct outreach
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Sound judgment and the ability to assess both skills and team fit
  • BSc or BA in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for the functions you will hire for, such as engineering or sales
  • Experience building employer branding content and campaigns
  • Knowledge of structured interviewing and interview training for hiring teams
  • Experience with recruiting analytics and funnel optimization
