  • Organize and attend job fairs, meetups, and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruiting role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks for sourcing
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics
  • Knowledge of structured interviewing and fair selection practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the organization
  • BSc or BA in Human Resources or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
