Responsibilities

Requirements and skills
- Current nursing assistant certification in good standing where this role is based
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program
- Current CPR or basic life support certification
- Able to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely and correctly
- Reliable attendance across the shifts the rota requires, nights and weekends included
- Reports and documents clearly enough for the nursing team to act on
- Patient, empathetic, and respectful with patients and their families
- Able to pass the background check required for patient-facing work
Nice to have
