- Strong negotiation track record with documented savings or improved terms
- Experience running structured sourcing events such as RFPs and tenders
- Solid understanding of contract terms, pricing models, and total cost of ownership
- Analytical skills for spend analysis, supplier comparison, and cost modeling
- Stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to challenge internal requests
- Working knowledge of ERP or procurement software and strong Excel skills
- Degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience

- CIPS, CPSM, or an equivalent procurement certification
