- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures
- Experience documenting work in a CMMS or structured maintenance log
