Responsibilities

  • Maintain the marketing calendar and keep all campaign deadlines visible to the team
  • Coordinate the production of content and creative assets between writers, designers, and external agencies
  • Schedule and publish approved content on social media, email, and the website
  • Track project status, chase approvals, and flag delays before they become problems
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports from analytics dashboards
  • Support event planning, including webinars, trade shows, and internal launches
  • Manage marketing inventory such as swag, print materials, and sales collateral
  • Process invoices and help track the marketing budget
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support campaign planning

Requirements and skills
