Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and launch marketing campaigns across email, social, paid, and web channels
  • Write and edit campaign copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and social posts
  • Coordinate with designers and agencies to produce campaign assets on schedule
  • Manage campaign budgets and track spend against plan
  • Segment audiences and tailor messaging to each segment
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust targeting, creative, or spend as needed
  • Report on results using tools such as Google Analytics and your marketing platform dashboards
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, creative, and landing pages, and document what you learn
  • Support product launches, webinars, and events with promotional campaigns
  • Keep the marketing calendar accurate and flag conflicts or capacity issues early

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Executive, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience running campaigns on at least two major channels, such as email and paid social
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and campaign reporting
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Experience with an email marketing or marketing automation platform
  • Ability to manage several campaigns and deadlines in parallel
  • Comfort presenting results and recommendations to stakeholders
  • BSc or BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Google Ads or Meta advertising certification
  • Basic HTML and CMS experience for landing page edits
  • Experience marketing to a B2B audience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead lifecycle reporting
